Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for all orders within the UK are completely covered. All my products are delivered to your doorstep with no minimum order quantity, reflecting my commitment to making unique craftsmanship accessible.

Shipping Times and Shipping Your Order

Found the perfect piece on margaret-made.com? I know you’ll want to enjoy it soon! That’s why I process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Below are the average delivery times for all packages:

  • After you place your order, I reserve the order and it takes 2 to 3 business days to process it. Business days are Monday to Friday; orders placed on weekends or holidays may take slightly longer.

  • Once processed, shipping typically takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a personal tracking code via email within a few days. Use this code to track your package through our tracking partner on our Track & Trace page.

Haven’t received your order within 14 business days?

That’s not how it’s supposed to be. Please contact me at hello@margaret-made.com and I will look into your order right away.
Note: Delivery time can be longer sometimes when there is a delay in my logistics partner.

Have You Lost a Package?

If a package is lost or undeliverable due to logistical reasons, we’ll send a replacement before processing refunds. If the order isn’t received within 60 days of shipment, you’re eligible for a full refund.
