Return Policy
At Margaret Made, my ultimate goal is for you to be satisfied with your order. However, if something is wrong with your order, please contact me right away at hello@margaret-made.com. I can accommodate returns at your expense within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that the return meets the following criteria:

Products must be in their original condition and bear the original tags.

The packaging must be undamaged and in its original condition.

Returned items must not show any signs of use.

The package is returned with Track & Trace.

If the returned items do not meet these conditions, unfortunately I cannot process the refund. I reserve the right to refuse returned items if I suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own. This is to make sure that the items can still be restocked.

Always make sure your package is marked with a Track & Trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded unless proof of posting with a track and trace code is provided. Returns by mail without a tracking code are at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of returning the merchandise.
As soon as I receive your return, I will notify you by email. You may also keep track of your returned package through the Track & Trace code. Within a few days of processing your return, we will refund the purchase price to your account. Return costs are non-refundable.
Order cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for as long as the order is not yet processed. Within 24 hours, our orders are sent to my reserved pile, and cancellation is unfortunately not possible after that.
To cancel your order, please contact me at hello@margaret-made.com within 24 hours to be eligible for cancellation.
Unable to cancel your order? Don’t worry, you can return the order once received. Please contact me at hello@margaret-made.com to guide you through the return process.
Declined the package upon delivery?
I highly recommend not doing this. This is because packages declined upon delivery have high chances of being lost in return transit. If the package is lost in return transit, I cannot refund it. Please follow the return policy outlined above or contact me at hello@margaret-made.com and I am happy to guide you through the return process.
Unclaimed Packages
📦 Important: If the package could not be delivered, it will be sent to a pickup point. In that case, we will send reminders via email. If you do not pick up your package within the specified time and it is returned to the warehouse, we will unfortunately have to deduct a fee of £15 for return and handling costs from your refund.
This covers the costs of shipping, return processing, and warehouse handling.
Received a damaged item?
I am so sorry, this occasionally happens during shipping and is out of my control. Of course, I am happy to accommodate you. Please send a photo of the item/s showing the damage within 3 days from when the order is received and I will process an exchange within the day. Send the proof to hello@margaret-made.com.
Received the wrong item, color or size?
I am so sorry for the mistake. Please send a photo of the item received within 14 days from when the order is received so you can qualify for a free exchange.
Return Costs
If the return is due to the customer's own choice (e.g., wrong size, canceled purchase), the customer is responsible for the return shipment. The exact costs depend on the carrier you choose.
If the return is due to an error on our part (for example, an incorrect or defective product), the shipping costs will be covered by us.
Note: Refunds for returned orders will be processed within the day, as soon as it is received and checked by my warehouse team.
