1. Do you ship internationally?
No, I currently only ship within the UK. As a small boutique, I'm focusing on offering the best possible service to local customers.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
I aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, your parcel should arrive within 5–11 business days.
3. How do I know what size to order?
My pieces generally run true to size. If you’re between sizes or unsure, I always suggest choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
4. How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, I’ll email you a tracking link. If you don’t see it after 3 working days, just drop me a message at hello@margaret-made.com.
5. My order hasn’t moved in a while — what should I do?
Don’t worry — sometimes tracking updates take a little while. If your parcel hasn’t moved for over 6 days, just email me and I’ll look into it straight away.
6. What if my item is out of stock?
As I'm in a final clearance period, many pieces are in limited supply. If something you ordered is no longer available, I’ll get in touch personally to offer a similar style or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
7. Do you accept returns?
Yes, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure the item is unused, unworn and still has the original tags. Just email me first before sending anything back.
8. How long do refunds take?
Once I’ve received your return, please allow 1–3 business days for me to process it. Your refund will then be sent to your original payment method.
9. Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?
I begin packing orders quickly, but if you message me within 1 hour of placing your order, I’ll do my best to make any changes or cancel it.
10. How can I reach customer support?
